Biography

Professor in the Undergraduate Program in International Relations at FECAP. Researcher at the Study Group on International Conflicts (GECI) at PUC-SP and the Institute of Science and Technology for Studies on the United States (INCT-INEU). She completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship (2024) in the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program in International Relations (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP), with a project funded by INCT-INEU/CNPq. Isabela holds a PhD in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program (UNESP, UNICAMP, PUC-SP), concentrating on Peace, Defense, and International Security (2023). Her research focuses on International Security, Theories of International Relations, Colonial and Postcolonial Studies, and United States Foreign Policy towards the Middle East.
