Open Course: Business, Human Rights and the Environment

The Fecap Jean Monnet Center of Excellence on Business and Human Rights invites everyone to participate in a free, third edition of the open course!

The course will be taught by faculty specializing in Business and Human Rights and will include both synchronous and asynchronous activities, totaling 40 hours of coursework.

– Synchronous Class Module (9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) – May 11, 12 and 13, 2026

– Asynchronous Follow-up and Skills Development Module (virtual platform): May 15

Lectures will be given by: Prof. Cláudia Marconi; Prof. Rafael Miranda and Prof. Bruno Capuzzi (FECAP), and will cover  the following topics: “Beyond Tariffs: The New Governance of Global Trade”; “Between Green Politics and Policy Coherence: EU Normativity on Sustainable Development in Content and Form” and “Brazil in Perspective: Between Adaptation, Pressure and Leadership”.
